Hi, I'm Kate.


I am a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) with a Master of Arts degree in Counseling & Psychological Services. 

I’m also a wife, a toddler mom, a creative at heart, and a lifelong learner. I desire to help simplify your health journey and teach you how to live well.

I believe the body is not something to fix, but something to support.

I’ve been there. A few years ago, I reached a place of deep depletion—where everything felt heavier than it should, and my capacity felt stretched thin.

When I first began exploring nutritional therapy, my understanding of health began to shift.

I stopped seeing symptoms as problems to fix, and began to understand them as signals pointing toward where more support, nourishment, and steadiness were needed.

Over time, this reshaped how I approach wellness entirely.

With a Master’s degree in Counseling and experience across both mental health and holistic wellness, my work now lives at the intersection of emotional insight and grounded, body-based support.

I support women in stepping out of perfectionistic wellness culture and into a more grounded way of caring for themselves—rooted in nourishment, rhythm, and sustainable support.
