What kind of work do you do?

I support women in creating more grounded, sustainable approaches to nourishment, stress support, and everyday wellness. My work focuses on helping you understand patterns in your energy, habits, and lifestyle so you can build rhythms that feel supportive and realistic long-term.

Do you diagnose or treat medical conditions?

No. I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. My work is educational and supportive in nature and is designed to complement, not replace, care from licensed medical providers.

Do you take Insurance?

I do not take insurance and am a cash pay business. I do offer payment plans in order to be able to serve individuals in all stages of life. 

Do you give Refunds?

If you are not satisfied with our partnership or have financial hardships, and have signed up for 1:1 Coaching with multiple sessions, a partial refund may be given for the work not yet completed. 

Where will all my information be stored & Where do Sessions take place?

I use a HIPPA compliant database called Practice Better. You will create an account where all sensitive information, medical history, and lab results will be safely and securely stored. All live sessions take place over video conferencing.

What is a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner?

The Nutritional Therapy Association, Inc© (NTA) certifies individuals as “Nutritional Therapy Practitioner”™ (NTP©). Note that a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner does not diagnose or treat disease, but instead makes nutritional recommendations for balancing the body and promoting optimal wellness. NTPs are approved by the NTA as a certifying organization, but are not licensed or certified by any state.

What is HTMA and how is it used in your work?

Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) is one tool I use to explore patterns related to stress, nourishment, and overall wellbeing. I use it as a supportive lens for understanding lifestyle and nutrition patterns, alongside conversation and lifestyle context. It is not used as a diagnostic tool.

How is this different from nutrition counseling or diet culture approaches?

My approach is less about rules and optimization and more about understanding your lived experience—your stress load, your rhythms, your capacity—and building supportive, sustainable wellness from there.

Can I work with you if I’m already seeing a doctor/therapist?

Yes. My work is designed to complement other forms of care and support your daily lifestyle, nourishment, and stress patterns alongside any existing providers.
